- Full Support Ticket System - Submit and track support tickets all from the Bergan Blue website
- Speak to Support - Chat live to a support technician during business hours
- Bergan Blue Wiki - Gain access to our wiki which includes an abundance of information relating to our products and services
- View Scheduled Maintenance - Find out whether the problem you're experiencing is due to scheduled maintenance
- View Service Status - Check to see whether all of our servers are operational and whether there are any faults
