Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA) are an industry leading car manufacturer recognised worldwide for producing reliable vehicles.
With their ever expanding dealer network in Australia, TMCA determined that it was necessary to build a system for dealerships to assess themselves and their staff on a regular basis. The Dealer Self Evaluation (DSE) was the answer.
Bergan Blue assisted Toyota in creating an attractive interface and powerful database driven application. Users of the system can enjoy a completely secure and anonymous (where required) facility to complete dynamic surveys and view dynamic reports relating to their performance. The surveys are attractive and easy to use, with dynamic Flash applications integrated with seamless AJAX and CSS to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
