"Handbags, totes, cluthes, purses and handbag accessories"

How did you originally discover the idea for your business?

"I was looking to start an online business as I move around a lot. I love handbags, so it seemed the natural thing to do!"

What have been the keys to success in your eyes?

"Stocking bags that other online stores and department stores don't have."

What kind of relationship do you establish with your customers? How do you maintain this?

"Previously didn't really have one. With the new blog and survey, I'm hoping to get more in touch with them."

Do you believe business networking is important? If yes, how so?

"Yes. The more people that know about your business the better!"

"Just reciprocal links, etc. and newsletters."

Have you noticed any trends in your industry at the moment?

"It's very quiet!"

What is your greatest achievement?

"Actually starting the business instead of just thinking about it."

What do you like most about your job?

"I get to pick the hours that I work and I have a garage full of beautiful handbags!"
